Yes, you can download a master configuration file from one device and then upload it to other ones.

Direct support is provided for all customers who purchase devices directly from Teltonika Networks. Customers who purchase our devices via a third party should receive support from that party. For those who didn’t purchase devices from us directly but would like to receive support, we also have our Crowd Support Forum.
Can I activate and deactivate RMS at will?（日本語）
Yes, you can.
Do RMS promotions apply to TIER 2 customers?（日本語）
Yes, all promotios does apply to 2nd and 3rd TIER RMS Companies. Please お問い合わせ regarding promotions and Teltonika Networks professionals will gladly help answering all the questions.
How does the privately-hosted version work? Do we buy a license and then add as many devices as we like?（日本語）
Yes, that is correct. To be more specific, the RMS Offline package you purpose is what determines the maximum number of devices you can add, with having no maximum at all being one of the options.
