Legacy-ready with RS232 serial connectivity
A key feature of the TRM142 modem is the RS232 interface with a DB9 connector. Many industrial controllers, alarm systems, and automation devices still depend on this serial standard, which makes transitioning to 4G networks a challenge. With TRM142 4G modem, these devices gain a direct line to modern LTE networks, extending their operational life well beyond the 3G shutdowns.
